If you are a first time client, or looking to try a new service, a consultation appointment may be required.

I understand emergencies happen, however, if you can no longer make your appointment and need to cancel or rearrange, please norify me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment; a complementary text is sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellations or rearranged appointments with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% of service cost schedule; with appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours will incur a 75% of the schedule service.

No shows/cancelled/rearranged appointments on the day of the appointment will incur the full service cost of your scheduled appointment.

Please understand that I schedule special time for you, and without 48 hour notice, I can not fill that spot you have reserved for your service.
